terms of service

by creating an account or using agent.shield, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service.

agent.shield is a security firewall for ai agents: a transparent http proxy with a policy engine and a human approval queue that intercepts, reviews, and forwards or blocks the requests your agents make.

you must be at least 13 to use agent.shield. you're responsible for your account, your credentials, and for keeping your proxy tokens secret — anyone with a token can route requests through your proxy.

don't use agent.shield for anything illegal, to abuse or attack others' systems, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to route requests you aren't authorised to send to the target you configure. you're responsible for the targets you point proxies at and the requests that flow through them.

agent.shield offers a free plan and a paid pro plan billed weekly, monthly, or annually through stripe. subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period. fees are non-refundable except where required by law. we may change prices with reasonable notice.

you keep ownership of your configuration and the request data that passes through your proxies. you grant us the licence needed to store and process it to operate the service. ogbuilds owns the agent.shield software and brand.

the systems you forward requests to are yours, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms. we run on infrastructure providers (vercel, neon, stripe) and aren't responsible for their services.

agent.shield is provided “as is” without warranties. it helps you catch destructive actions, but it is one safeguard among many — it is not a guarantee that no harmful request will ever reach your systems. you remain responsible for your production environment.

to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 for free-tier use). we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

you can stop using agent.shield at any time. we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

these terms are governed by the laws of england & wales.

we may update these terms; we'll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
